No Care Leaver cut-off age. All ages can access support and mentoring.

Inclusive and mindful of the intersectionality of CEP with class, disability/neurodivergence, race, sex, sexual orientation, pregnancy & maternity, gender reassignment, marriage & religion.

Our message is communicated from a position of hope. Mentors are to recognise the individual strengths of mentees and encourage them to see what they contribute as assets to the legal profession.

LWC does not participate in sensationalism. LWC is aware of the disadvantages of CEP but does not contribute to the sensationalised stories.

LWC is an apolitical organisation.
